OPENING FREQUENCY MESSAGE - 

Take a Breath between sections - this is more than a newsletter - this is an activation portal.  

"We have entered the corridor of gratitude, where every breath is an offering to existence."

As we step into this season of remembrance, the Motherline rises - whispering through our blood, our bones, our breath.  

She is the pulse beneath all gratitude, the ancient current that birthed us into form.  

When we heal, she exhales.

When we forgive, she flowers.

When we embody, she remembers.

This month, we honor the living lineage-

the mothers before us,

the daughters within us,

The Earth beneath us - 

all one river of remembrance flowing home to love.

GALACTIC UPDATE - (3I / ATLAS) The Symbolic Messenger & THE RISING EPOCH

A galactic messenger has entered our field - known outwardly as "3I Atlas," we are told this celestial being is a "comet" and our deeper innerstanding (not a typo - we aren't under anyone) knows it is something different.  

Many traditions call these bodies:

• Sky-walkers
• Epoch Bringers
• Heavenly Scribes
• Cycle-Turners
• Celestial Harbingers
• Messengers of the Solar Mind

Names change.

Codes do not.

This messenger arrives as a symbol, not a spectacle.  

This symbol reflects a collective moment where:

• We release earthly attachments
• We relinquish, control, shame, guilt obligation, and our addictions to suffering.  
• Completion of the bifurcation
• Decalcification of the pineal gland
• Returned clarity of the inner eye
• The body is the conductor of truth

This isn't the first time a celestial messenger has marked a turning.

Each appearance throughout history aligned with a new epoch, a shift from dark to light, suffering to peace, from forgetting to remembering. 

And this time... This time is different.

This age is not about prophecy - it's about embodiment.

We are architects of this water -bearing era.

We aren't waiting for the codes - we are rewriting and living them.

We are becoming what our ancestors prayed into the soil.  

Let's decode, shall we?

3 represents the trinity of the human experience:

Mind, Body, Spirit.

When "3" appears in the sky event, it signals a collective recalibration - a moment where the entire human system is called into alignment.  This is why so many are feeling detox symptoms, emotional release, intuition spikes, and timeline merging.  

All three layers are syncing.

I represents the inner eye - the third eye, the I AM presence, the vertical pillar of consciousness.

It signals an inner revolution, a shift from external authority to inner knowing.

The message:

It is time to see from within.  

ATLAS symbolizes the one who carries the world - (one of my favorite books, Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand) and the moment he or she finally puts the burden down.  Mythically (and through Atlas Shrugged) Atlas represents sovereignty, the refusal to carry a collapsing world, and the rise of the awakened individual. 

Put together, 3-I-Atlas symbolizes:

Body, mind, spirit realigning-

the inner eye awakening-

humanity releasing the weight of the world-

remembering we are the architects of our reality-

A turning of epochs.

A collective exhale.

A shift from burden to sovereignty.

KRYSTAL RIVER / SCHUMANN RESONACE UPDATE

Few know this, but the original name for the Schumann Resonance was the Krystal River.

The Schumann resonance - Earth's heartbeat -entrains with the human heartbeat.

It is the lifeblood running through:

• the human heartbeat
• the emotional body
• the animal kingdom
• the plant kingdom
• the mycelial network
• the crystalline grid
• the elemental kingdoms

This etheric river flows:

Up through the soles of the feet from earth.

Down through the crown from the cosmos.

You are the bridge and the conductor of this Krystal current.  Your body is a living pillar between the inner Earth and Sky.

When you feel emotional waves, heat, pulsing, ringing, expanded intuition, body heat, crown activity, timeline merging, sudden clarity - you are syncing with the Krystal River. 

Ascension is not a theory.

It is happening in your body in real time.

BREATHWORK UPDATE - THE BRIDGE BETWEEN WORLDS

The breath continues to be our greatest teacher, purifier, and portal.

As the Krystal River frequencies rise, the breath becomes the technology that helps the body integrate the light, stabilize the nervous system (cosmic circuitry), and translate cosmic energy into human embodiment. 

This month especially, you may feel:

• deeper exhales than usual
• spontaneous breath holds
• heart - lung expansion
• heat moving through the chest
• breath dropping you into altered states
• sudden emotional release with a single inhale

This is not random.

This is your system synchronizing with Gaia's new earth rhythms.

The breath is:

• the bridge between body, mind, and spirit
• the internal pulse that mirrors Gaia's heartbeat
• the anchor during timeline merging
• the activator of the Third Eye and I AM current
• the way the body translates light into form

Every conscious inhale becomes a recalibration.

Every exhale becomes a release of the old world.

This is why breathwork is central to our global pilgrimage - it is the tool that opens the portals, harmonizes the field, and prepares the body for higher voltage living.

Our Daily Breath Sequence:

A simple reset anyone can follow

Box Breathing (4 cycles)

Inhale for 4

Hold for 4

Exhale for 4

Hold for 4

-Nervous system resets

-Mind softens

-Body opens

You can increase the cycles to 6, 8, 10, 12 and above - to push yourself.

20 - Breath Reset (1-2 minutes)

• 4 breaths: deep, rhythmic, connected, full active inhale and exhale
• 1 breath:  deep, long active inhale, passive sigh of relief
• 4 rounds

-Clears emotional residue

-Oxygenates the field

-Brings presence online

Circulatory Breathing (1 minute)

A continuous inhale - exhale loop with no pause, following the vertical axis: up the spine on the inhale, down the front on the exhale.

-Syncs the Krystal River

-Activates Third Eye & I AM pillar

-Ground cosmic frequencies into the body

Optional Sound Activation (HU + OM)

To deepen conscious connected breath

After your circulatory breathing loop, add:

HU (1 round)

     The heart-tone of Source.

     On the exhale softly tone HU -

     lifting the field, opening the heart, and clearing

     emotional static. 

OM (1 round)

     The harmonizing tone of creation.

     On the next exhale, tone OM - 

     aligning the spine, quieting the mind, and syncing 

     your breath with the Krystal River.

Why it works:

OM stabilizes the field.

Together they seal the breathwork as a full-body attunement.

The Motherline is a powerful movement of rural mothers, visionaries, and changemakers in Cave Junction, Oregon - birthed during the challenges of COVID and now thriving as a living example of love in action.

Rooted in the heart of the Illinois Valley, The Motherline ignites a culture of:

• Repair
• Restoration
• Reciprocity
• Regeneration

This group of visionaries empower women and youth to co -create a space-based, planet - protective economy through:

• Arts
• Agriculture
• Storytelling
• Youth education
• Intergenerational connection

Their mission:

To heal the planet, the land, and the lineage through hands -on action, creative collaboration, and heart- centered service.

From dance ceremonies to the clean sweep project to youth empowerment and regenerative land stewarding through their homesteads, The Motherline braids wisdom with modern stewardship - showing what's possible when women lead with embodied devotion. And to make change - this begins at the community level.  This current of sacred reciprocity ripples through the fabric of time and uplifts Mother Gaia and her earth family.

Last weekend, more than 60 volunteers united to reclaim our local forests from years of dumping - not through blame or bitterness, but through compassion, education, and fierce love for the land and the next 7 generations of stewards.

I get the honor of dancing every Friday and performing for the community with these beautiful beings. And DayStarr and I both got the opportunity to support The Harvest Festival and joining last weekend's clean sweep.  Every piece of trash picked up inspires someone across the planet to do the same.  It's not just localized it's a frequency that ripples through the collective current.  

We witnessed true New Earth leadership:

• Community healing the land
• Land healing the people
• Youth witnessing and taking action on what stewardship looks like 
• Men, women and children leading with heart - centered wisdom, not from outdated paradigms of hierarchy.

This is how timelines shift.

One act of embodied care at a time.

The Motherline teaches us: regeneration begins where our feet and hands touch the Earth.

Geneva - 90 Days of Radiant Recovery

Geneva recently reached 90 days sober, claiming her life back with courage and grace.  

Her devotion to healing is breath giving.  She is rewriting her lineage from the inside out.   Our lineage is dancing with tearful gratitude for breaking the chains of generational trauma and addiction, 7 years forward and 7 years back.  This is how we rewrite timelines!

The Fur Babies - Joy Keepers & Heart Medicine 

Luna, Sol, and Daisy continue to guide us as little guardians of joy, intuition, and unconditional love.  They keep us grounded, laughing, and present - reminding us that healing is woven through paws, cuddles, and pure hearted presence.
